It wouldn't be prudent to sign a guy with that type of injury until he was healed. Rumors I've heard is that should be around December. On Duhaime, it was about 5 days before Duey's arbitration hearing. I thought each side put in their salary numbers at least 7 days prior. Do these numbers get released publicly?
