    Let’s go over some news and notes:

    - The Wild released an absolutely ridiculous music video for “Born to be Wild” yesterday, and it was everything you didn’t know you needed. [Hockey Wilderness]

    - The virtual Wild earned another big with a 5-3 victory over the Colorado Avalanche. [Hockey Wilderness]

    - Tim Stutzle is one of the top prospects available in this year’s draft, and he may be the top European in the class. [Hockey Wilderness]

    Off the trail...

    - Turns out Capitals forward Brendan Leipsic is a pretty subpar human being. Hard to imagine he’ll be playing in the NHL again after photos of a private Instagram chat leaked onto the internet. [Russian Machine Never Breaks]

    - Speaking of which, did you know Michael Jordan used to be a minority owner of the Capitals back in the day? Me neither! [ESPN]

    - Gritty continues to be iconic.
