I am almost out of days to remind you to go get a check-up. Movember may be one of the greatest times of the year, but that time is running short. You've been given the stats, you've been told the consequences, and you have the right to completely ignore them, should you so choose. You can do one of two things. You can face it head on, hear the truth and take care of anything that might be found.
Or you can run and hide like Alex Burrows. It's up to you.
As for Movember, you still have about ten days to donate to the Hockey Wilderness team, and to help spread the message should you so choose. More importantly, schedule a check up. You don't have to answer this, but how many of you have had a check up this year?
