Welcome to the New Hockey Wilderness!

Hockey Wilderness and 10K Rinks/Zone Coverage are joining forces to provide the best daily coverage for Minnesota Wild fans.

It's been a bumpy road, and will likely continue to be so, but we're very excited to unveil the new home for both Hockey Wilderness and 10K Rinks/Zone Coverage. Two talented groups of writers and two passionate communities from two great sites under one umbrella? This is gonna be great.

As with most great things, it's going to require some work and patience from everyone. The most immediate need is going to be for everyone to re-register. Vox couldn't legally share user info, so we couldn't load the old stuff.

It will also probably be a couple of days until we have the Zone Coverage/10K Rinks crowd fully engaged on the site. We're having trouble porting their stories into the site right now, but we hope to have that resolved on Monday. 

You're just going to find issues. We have had less than a week to play with this site, and developers are making updates and fixes as fast as they can to get it up to snuff. If you have ideas, we have started a thread in our forum for them. Just click here: 

Finally...be our guest. Play with things. Click around, and get acquainted. We still plan to have Wilderness Walks, game threads, and news, but now you'll also have forums, where you can start your own topics. 

Again, thank you for you patience, and all your past and future contributions to what we think will be a great hockey community. Hockey is so ingrained in Minnesota's character that we've wanted to have a digital gathering place for a long time. We'll put in the work to make it work, and we appreciate the work you're doing too.
