Hello, Wilderness!
I am filling in for Ger for the number yet again since he wasn't able to get by his computer in time to write one up quick. This means that you once again get the pleasure of seeing the number from me today.
Since I got asked to fill in for him on the spur of the moment, today's post will be a bit short.
Today's number is 3, which is the sweater number of Charlie Coyle.
This will be the first game he's played in a long time since he got injured.
Since he's now back in the lineup, entirely new lines have now sprung up. Just like last year, Coyle will be up on the first line, but not with Parise and Koivu (he's on the 3rd line now). For now at least, he will be alongside Parise and Heatley (why Heatley?).
With Coyle now finally back in the lineup, hopefully this should generate a MUCH needed offensive spark that will lead to more goals.
Once again, here are tonight's lines and defensive pairings:
How do you think these new lines will work out against the Habs tonight?
