  • Blues vs Wild: By the Numbers

    Guest

The Minnesota Wild and St. Louis Blues aren't really all that dissimilar. There's a reason the teams finished 2 and 3 in the Central Division.

Both teams are built to be stingy defensively, rely on good goaltending, and can control the play. The offense, however, favors the Wild. Below is a stat comparison of both teams starting with the head-to-head match-up (how each team fared facing each other across 5 games this season) and the whole 82 game totals.

Past performance is not always indicative of future results. Really, in the post season, all that matters is results. This is the time where process can be thrown out the window. Those good and bad habits aren't likely to change now. The team just needs to win.
