It might just be make-or-break for the Minnesota Wild. Well, not officially since they would have another opportunity to win and push this series to the maximum amount of games, but Game 5 on Tuesday night serves as a major step towards victory for whoever gets to leave Dallas happy tonight.

The same players should be playing for both sides. No real surprises in the lineup except for just some banged-up dudes hoping to have at least a couple days in a row before facing another deadly team.

    Projected Wild lineup

Kirill Kaprizov -- Ryan Hartman -- Mats Zuccarello
Marcus Johansson -- Frederick Gaudreau -- Matt Boldy
Gustav Nyquist -- Sam Steel -- Marcus Foligno
Brandon Duhaime -- Connor Dewar -- Ryan Reaves

    Jake Middleton -- Jared Spurgeon
    Jonas Brodin -- Matt Dumba
    John Klingberg -- Brock Faber

    Filip Gustavsson
    Marc-Andre Fleury

    Projected Stars lineup

Jason Robertson -- Roope Hintz -- Tyler Seguin
Jamie Benn -- Wyatt Johnston -- Evgenii Dadonov
Mason Marchment -- Max Domi -- Ty Dellandrea
Joel Kiviranta -- Radek Faksa -- Luke Glendening

    Ryan Suter -- Miro Heiskanen
    Esa Lindell -- Jani Hakanpaa
    Thomas Harley -- Colin Miller

    Jake Oettinger
    Scott Wedgewood

The Wild have been losing all year when they take 5-6 penalties a game. They're just racking em up in the first period. WTF Dean, get the boys under control or it'll be three losses in a row and out just like last season.

Faceoffs and penalties, and especially faceoffs on penalties are killing us. Before the game started, people were talking about how this ref calls more penalties than any other, need to be playing accordingly.

Maybe I'll go watch the T-Wolves face elimination later.

Glutton for punishment? The Wild aren't great in the playoffs...but the Wolves are literally the worst professional franchise in history. Hang in there. Who know's.

Pretty good shake up with the Baby Wild.  Deano might be getting a little hot under the collar.

Gotta feel a little better only being down 2.

Thought they'd be down two at a minimum (I set the over/under at 3 in my head) after the major...given how absolutely shitty the PK is. For gods sake. Dallas has a good PP...but this is next level ineptitude.

Well, that could have gone much better, but it's just the first period and nothing they can't overcome if they screw their heads on straight.

Moose getting tossed probably shook up the team for the most part of the period. Stop with the damn penalties, maybe they have a chance.

Just tuning in. I guessed the Stars would be up 2-0 and sure enough they are. Hardly surprised. Looks like another year of being the Central's doormat in the postseason. It's extremely disappointing considering they looked like the better team for most of the series, but that never stops them from being on the wrong end of things. Heck, they were even the more physical team for a change! Come to find out though that the rules have changed and now that kind of behavior is strictly and overly enforced.

I mean, at least the expectations have been reduced to where a Game 5 win would be a miracle. The Stars embarrassment level would have to go way up, perhaps screwing with their heads. However, I think that between coaching and having gone deep before they seem to be playing the Wild for fools. Dallas staying disciplined while MN shoots themselves in the foot and continuing to do what Dallas wants.

I gotta admit I didn't see the Wild coming out of the gate and losing all composure.

Can only imagine how the team play would be with a healthy Ekkers.

They played well enough to win Game 4 without him, but didn't. That game was likely the series.

To be fair...Stars are missing Joe Pa, which is pretty big as well. Not as big, but big.

Thought this was another 8pm game...apparently not! What did I miss besides being killed on the PK again? 2 for 4? Buh! That's 9/20 in the series so far. Not good...not good at all!

Other than Foligno getting tossed for a major kneeing penalty, a team getting caught flat.
