I would think rounding this out might be a good thing. I did look at the staff directories of the Stars and us. It seems like we have more listed guys than they do in positions. But, O'Hearn was Guerin's right hand guy? Well, Ray Shero is a senior advisor, Mike Modano is a senior operations advisor. I'd have to believe that both those guys would have decent input if you needed to bounce something off of someone. Michael Murray is the AGM/GM Iowa. Where I think we are weak is at assistant coach. And, along with the Baby Wild, there is no real defensemen coach (at least a respected one) on the bench. One would think that this would be necessary and might explain why our defense looks like a hot mess. I still think we have a problem in the player personnel area. Too much of a similar thing.
