Protec Verified Member
Oh great! This should be perfect timing to start late, need to get up to speed, numbers hurt by shorten’d season, making certain the only thing that’s clear is the negative perceptions. I.e. wait longer to see a breakout or some flash of standout ability while the seeds of doubt are cast about durability. Since injuries are always hidden, we’ll be forced to speculate on the details. If it turns out to be an elite Swede bagel-slicing injury, I’ll probably reserve my comments.

Come on, Ohgren's dad is a trainer. He won't let Liam within blocks of bagels. I'd be more worried of a smoothy blender accident! Reading more into the injury, it appears as if he's already been out 3 weeks. The SHL hasn't started its regular season yet, so, that is good news. The trouble I've got is he's injured, no details, not even upper or lower body. 2
mnfaninnc Verified Member
Quinn Hughes is a very good player. However, reading between the lines, why isn't Elias Pettersson being considered for captain? I'm sensing he may become available. Something just doesn't seem right with him in Vancouver.
FredJohnson Verified Member
"One of the Minnesota Wild's top prospects, Liam Öhgren has suffered an injury that keep him out of action anywhere from a week to multiple months. The Wild are not sure of the severity of his injury, but they're working with the player and the team to determine what the next step is." Protec Verified Member
I'm pretty sure it's not a strained neck. I heard Joe Rogan looks up to Ohgren in the neck category.
vonlonster67 Verified Member
I've been scouring the press in Sweden, no definite details and no word from the Wild/Russo. I'm not exactly feeling confident this as a short term deal....not good.
