Article: Wilderness Walk: Development Camp Time

This was the same size as listed when he was drafted. As the son of a fitness trainer, I'm having a hard time believing he hasn't moved the needle at all. Plus, I'm betting he's 6'2" now.

The Strip just listed him as 6'1" and 178lbs. I don't think Sarah put much investigation into that article. It was really just a waste of time reading it.

Writers mailing it in, that's a huge surprise. Usually beat writers are better than that. But, beat writers are also known for their fluff pieces!

I do expect Tony, Thomas, the Justins, etc... to get to the bottom of these measurements as true professionals, with no other duties than to appease us interested parties 😉

I can't believe there's not a development camp wrap-up or an update from around the league, like Debrincat going to the Red Wings, and signing a 4 year extension.

What's going on HW? You're not allowed to take vacations all at the same time! 😉

Since development camp was mostly an orientation, there’s not a lot to breakdown from an evaluation standpoint.

Yurov learning English well and appearing excited to be with MN and coming over after KHL deal is positive. What the other prospects said in interviews was good relative to their plans. Ohgren and Rasmukampu talking about having good seasons and working on their game before coming to NA. It should be good to get a group going in IA with an opportunity to be called up. If nothing else getting them acclimated to a first year in the US.
