Post-Penalties UFAs

The Wild's problems will not be over when the penalties drop off for the Suter/Parise buyouts but there's a chance they will be able to target a big name player. Whether or not that will make things better, I was curious which players would the Wild potentially be looking at? Mostly centers, here was a simple list with some names, age, and cap hit.

Sam Bennett. Age: 28. AAV: 4.5M

Mikko Raantanen. Age: 28. AAV: 9.3M

Leon Draisaitl. Age: 29. AAV: 8.5M

Brock Nelson. Age: 33. AAV: 6.0M

Sidney Crosby. Age: 37. AAV: 8.7M (Had to put Crosby.)

Robby Fabbri. Age: 29. AAV: 4.0M

Christian Dvorak. Age: 29. AAV: 4.5M

Jake Evans. Age: 28. AAV: 1.7M

Nico Sturm. Age: 30. AAV: 2.0M

Carter Verhaeghe. Age: 29. AAV: 4.2M (Winger)

Brock Boeser. Age: 28. AAV: 6.6M (Winger)

Kuzmenko. Age: 29. AAV: 5.5M (Winger, also sounds way cooler to just say "Kuzmenko")

Not sure it would matter cause the penalties are still in force but in 2024-25 Chandler Stephenson is a UFA, and Eichel is unrestricted in 2026-27. Just some ideas to think about as the Wild wallow in cap-penalty wasteland.
