Should this result in a suspension? According to sound logic and reason, probably. According to the wheel of justice, it is highly unlikely it ever happens. So very many reasons to suspend him, but all it takes is for one man to decide not to. The cycle of bad decisions likely continues here, but we'll go through the motions anyway.
