Let's look at the bright side here. Falk is (hopefully) just a depth signing to bring some experience to Iowa that will allow the younger defensemen like Dumba and Olofsson to be called up to the big club. He is a known commodity to the fans and the coaching staff. He's also a big body (6-5, 215) who can fight if needed.
