    Let’s go over some news and notes:

    - Did you miss last night’s game against the Coyotes? Well, that really sucks for you. The Wild went absolutely nuts on the scoresheet. [Hockey Wilderness]

    - It’s looking like Jason Zucker could be out longer than expected as he nurses a lower-body injury, and that is not awesome. [Star Tribune]

    - Adam Beckman is better than Connor McDavid and it’s time we all accept that. [Fox Sports North]

    - Devan Dubnyk deserves some Dave & Buster’s.

    Off the trail...

    - Hockey fans in Seattle literally cannot wait anymore for their new team. The fanbase up in Washington is going to be rabid. [The Athletic]

    - Connor McDavid or David Pastrnak will probably be two of the frontrunners for MVP, but should Jack Eichel be in the conversation? [The Hockey News]

    - This is a really awesome story.
