Why, you ask, is this the "Tortoise" edition? Here's why: it's the slowest news day in a long while. There's little to no news, almost as though there was a major national holiday recently.... can't imagine what it would be.
There will, however, be a NEW episode of the Podcast going up tentatively tomorrow (and another part on Wednesday)... so watch for that!
