Before we get to the hockey, some big news went down yesterday. Minnesota United FC, who has led the NASL all season, had a player get called by Jürgen Klinsman to play for the US Mens' National Team. Miguel Ibarra is the first player from the modern NASL to get a call up, and he's been brilliant enough to earn the nickname Batman this season (his roommate and league-leading scorer Christian Ramirez is Superman).
