Now that the Wild have finally won in regulation inside the Scottrade Center for the first time since 2007 the narrative has shifted to the Wild's power play problems. To be honest, since I've been watching hockey for the last five years I can't ever remember them having a good power play. Right now the Wild are ranked 28th in the league--ahead of only AHL teams Buffalo and Colorado.
On the flip side though the Wild are ranked first in penalty kill--so which is more important in the playoffs? An elite power kill or an elite power play?
