The Minnesota Wild are going to have to rely on their vaunted (and possibly overrated) defensive depth with Jonas Brodin out for a few weeks to recover from hand surgery. The calm, cool, and collected Swede might not be your favorite member of the Wild’s blueline, but I think every Wild fan is going to miss the steadily reliable presence he brings.
