It all comes down to this. 82 regular season games. 3 rounds of best-of-seven playoffs. 2 teams remain and Lord Stanley's Cup is the prize. Though your local club didn't make it this far, this is still an incredibly exciting time for all hockey fans as the best prove their mettle in this ultimate series. While most teams are dreaming of next year, we still get to have NHL hockey in our lives potentially past the half-way point of June. This promises to provide all the fireworks and drama hockey fans across the world have been looking forward to, and to continue to shape the dreams of aspiring youth players as they develop. Get your popcorn, buckle up and enjoy the show.
For those of you who have not heard about our own Dakota Case, he is in the hospital suffering from heart and lung ailments. He can use all of the prayers and positive vibes he can get. We have heard that he is still in critical but stable condition and holding strong. Please keep him in your thoughts.
