I might be a prophet. ...Making the Case for Gaborik!!!!! - Hockey Wilderness, here’s one of my previous posts from January making a case to bring back Gaborik to the Minnesota Wild. Everybody laughed at the idea of bringing Gaborik back. He was to old, to injured, and a shell of his former self. BR and the Moose thought I was crazy!!! Well the rest is history! I would also like to point out that I started bashing the Vanek on the Wild idea before it was the cool thing to do!
Imagine if we had traded for Gabby instead of Moulson. It may have only cost us a 2nd and Phillips or Zucker. All I know is those 13 goals sure wouldn’t have hurt our playoff chances. Plus, Gaborik is one of the rare NHL players that actually has some chemistry with Mikko Koivu. Oh well

Also, anybody else feel bad for Ryan Callahan? I’ll admit I don’t often feel bad for professional athletes. They get paid extremely well to exercise and play all day. They also usually get free meals, big houses, expensive cars, and hot wives! But when you’re the Rangers Captain, and you then have to watch the Rangers advance to the Stanley Cup Finals after you’ve been traded. Ouch!
