Now I can understand the NHL going with regional names, and whatever 'Metropolitan' is supposed to mean. It helps some know where to look on a map. A good part of me however was hoping the NHL would be "different" and use Adams, Patrick, Smythe and Norris for divisional names, but that just wasn't meant to be. Oh well, at least twitter was good for a few chuckles with the release of the Metropolitan Division name.
