The Wild also moved defenseman Justin Falk to the New York Rangers yesterday morning for Benn Ferriero and a 2014 6th round pick. Both players are restricted free agents and I'm not even certain the Wild will tender Ferriero an offer at this point unless it is to provide some depth for the Iowa Wild. Falk's ice time here was plummeting fast and this move came as no surprise.
