Good morning Wilderness! As the summer moves along we find ourselves on the cusp of a new month, and another day closer to the start of the 2013-2014 season. While the news surrounding the NHL has slowed, giving us only an occasional swath of "newsworthy" links to pass along, we do find ourselves with some extra free time with which to enjoy these summertime rolls.
Of course if you find yourselves with too much spare time rolling around this summer, remember this Saturday is the Defending the Blue Line 2013 NHL Charity Game. Tickets are still just $10 up till game day when they go up to $15. Saturday's game, featuring NHL players is at Ridder Arena on the U of M campus with the doors swinging wide open at 1 pm. If you are unable to attend this Saturday not to worry, you can still buy tickets which will be donated to a military family.
