In a game that felt more like it should have been in the beginning of the season, the Wild had another game where they outplayed their competition 5v5, but ended up losing. At least, like the earlier parts of the season, the loss at least came with a consolation point, so there's that. If you're going to lose, at least help with playoff positioning.
But hey, at least the Vikings tanked their tanking with a win, right?
