Good morning Wilderness, and welcome to our Veterans Day Edition of the Wilderness Walk. As we are on a non-game day and your Minnesota Wild did not practice on Sunday either, the news is a little lite today, but we make due.
Of course today is also Veterans Day, a day set aside for us to honor those who served and are serving in the Armed Forces. Today is a day set aside in a lot of nations across the world, it is a day that marks the end of major hostilities in World War I which ended on November 11th, 1918 at 11am. The 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month.
So from everyone here at Hockey Wilderness, to all of our men and women serving at home and abroad ...
