Now, our friends at the University of Minnesota Duluth have decided they want in on the helping out. November 11th (Veteran's Day), the Bulldogs will wear sweaters similar to the mock-up seen above which will then be auctioned off during the game. The proceeds will benefit the hockey camp put on by the Stauber brothers in Duluth for DTBL.
The sweaters will be numbered, but will not have the players' names on them, as per NCAA rules. However, it sounds like they will be autographed.
If you are in the Duluth area, be sure to head to the game that night, and be sure to pick up one of these rare treasures. Bid high. Every dime goes to a great cause. Plus... they're pretty awesome.
