To top it off, everything the organization has done is centered around you. Big contract, big responsibilities, big trades to bring in guys to play with you. Factions of fans are calling for the C to be ripped off your chest, and were doing so even when your team was winning. No one has answers, yet everyone expects them from you.
You've been the GM, and you've been the coach. Now you have even less control over the team make up, but you have the X factor. You're now their leader in battle. You have to find a way to get this turned around. What do you do? What do you say?
