Once again Bryz was money, and was eating up the Winnipeg-faithful. He recorded his second consecutive shutout on Monday night, extending his shutout streak to 142:15. Bryz is 8-0-5 with a 1.65 GAA, .936 SV% with three shutouts in his last 13 starts, having not recorded a regulation loss since Jan. 24. Bryz was also the third wild goaltender to record a shutout for Minnesota this season. Ever since David Blane said he needed to step things up, Chawlieee has done just that. Coyle netted the game-winning goal at Winnipeg to extend his point streak to four games (2-3=5) tying his career-high.
Although having success against the best team in the East, the Wild will have their hands full. Jarome Iginla, has conquered Minnesota in his career. Iginla is the all-time leader against the Wild in points (67), goals (37), shots (236), game-winning goals (10) and is tied for 1st in plus-minus rating (+19). Jarome Iginla is luckily scratched tonight, but Tuka Rask is 2-1-0 with a 1.30 GAA and a .958 SV% in three starts vs. Minnesota. We can do this Wilderness! Bring us to lord Stanley's Tournament.
