That's great if you live in Canada. Here in the states we are blacked out. There have been rumors Prime will be taking over some regional broadcasts that are now on Fanduel previously Bally's. I would welcome that change. Depending on the cost of course. I'm not one of those fans who will throw endless amounts of money at my tv to watch local sports.

Fanduel app has been a marked improvement over the Bally's app. Far less buffering and it does not ask you to log in every time with a verification code that sometimes didn't work.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe I saw any Wild games getting broadcast this way. I do like the Monday Night Hockey idea, and Forslund is a wonderful play by play guy.

I don't have an Amazon Prime membership, but the quality has really gone through the roof on some of their programming. It would be nice if they would sneak a tape delay of the games into their Freevee free site, and maybe benefit from some commercial dominated revenue.

No, I really meant that I have looked for a movie or show to find it on Netflix or Hulu and Prime's the one who has it. It's also really weird to see stuff come out in the movie theaters that were Netflix or Prime produced movies. The writing appears to be better too.

They are consistently getting big names for projects on these networks. There's still a lot of garbage out there to sift through, but it seems like the normal "Hollywood" type studios are not the big hot shot decision makers anymore. We are witnessing a complete flip of an industry as it appears that many are rejecting the crap Hollywood has been pushing.

I think they all have gone downhill.  Actually, almost every form of media... music, movies, TV... just crap.

Unquestionably so. It all starts with writing. The scripts and scores are unimaginative and completely repetitive. We have a twin screen movie theater here my small home town. I previewed the upcoming movies for the next six months. Every single one was a remake or a sequel usually at the 7th to 10th iteration. The big studios are gone. Most are owned by Disney or some such behemoth. Producing crap only brings more crap.

The example I'll use is "Air." That was a really good movie going through the story of Michael Jordan's Air Jordan empire.

It's only Canadian teams that play each other when they are streamed on Amazon. Which as I said is streamed only to the Canadian Prime subscribers. This is just Amazon getting their feet wet in pro sports streaming. They did buy a huge share of Diamond Sports Group who owns Fanduel previously Bally Sports where many of us watch our regional sports teams. I believe they will get into the regional sports streaming. Otherwise why the investment? I do watch a good number of movies on Prime particularly in the winter months when I'm indoors much more.

Right now I pay $20 a month to stream the Wild games on the Fanduel app excluding the ones on ESPN I don't get them. Otherwise I get a lot of my tv watching and out of market sports from https://thetvapp.to/ I watched Winnipeg and Buffalo game on it last night and it's free. When the Wild are on ESPN I can get them there sometimes but ESPN has things locked down pretty tight. If you have a VPN you can work around it.  It can be quirky at times and some buffering on occasion but most times it's smooth sailing.

The occasional quality show is hard to find.  Stuff is just way too overproduced and formulaic.  The only thing worthwhile these days is Wild hockey.  😎
