Happy Thursday! I am very thankful that hockey exists to distract me from the rest of the world. I am thankful that the Wild beat the Jets last night. I am thankful that it was a good game that I’ll talk my family about while we eat turkey. I am thankful for all of you people on the internet that I talk to about hockey. I am thankful for my parents, who helped me come up with this very silly list.
There aren’t any justifications — you are just going to have to trust me. It makes sense, on a spiritual level. My faith is deeply tied to the importance of pie. I am thankful for silly lists to smile at. I am so endlessly thankful for pie, a superior food.
