  • Minnesota Wild host Nashville Predators at Xcel Energy Center

    Guest

The Minnesota Wild will be back in St Paul tonight to host the Nashville Predators. The Wild will play without Mikko Kouivu who has been out for a month thanks to a broken bone in his left leg caused by a Vancouver Canuck slasher. Kouivu will be out at least two more weeks.

The Wild Predators game will be head coach Jacques Lemaire 1,000th regular season game behind the bench. That puts Lemaire fourth among active coaches, joining Mike Keenan, Jacques Martin and Ron Wilson. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a few 1,000 signs in the Xcel Energy Center crowd tonight.

    Let’s go Wild!
