  • Minnesota Warriors wrap up big wins over the weekend in Detroit

    Guest

The Minnesota Warriors is a hockey club made up of disabled veterans. The brain child of Minnesota-native Andrew Qualy, the Warriors have skated in all kinds of events including an annual game with the Minnesota NHL Alumni to raise money for Defending the Blue Line and other disabled veterans organizations on Veteran's Day.

KARE-TV in Minneapolis did a story on the team's trip out to Detroit to take on other wounded vets squads in the Disabled Hockey Festival.
