The former St. Cloud State Husky is going back to the Winnipeg Jets in exchange for a 7th round pick.
Matt Hendricks appeared in 22 games this season with the Minnesota Wild after being signed as a free agent last summer. He's got two assists, 19 penalty minutes, and 20 shots on goal. He hasn't played since February 12th after suffering an upper body injury. However, as per reports, he was healthy yesterday.
The seventh round pick received from Winnipeg is for the 2020 NHL Entry Draft.
