  • Injuries continue to plague Wild team (article date 11/29)

    Guest

The Minnesota Wild have a tough time keeping the Wild roster healthy and it bugs me. One would think the state of hockey would be the toughest team around, but with the nagging groin injuries of Gaborik, Demitra and even Backstrom earlier in the month and now head injuries to goaltender Josh Harding, defensemen Kurtis Foster and Petteri Nummelin, the Wild seem to have a long list of injury scratches every night, perhaps the longest in the NHL! Don’t forget Mikko Koivu is still out due to leg injuries suffered from the Vancouver slash.

The St Louis Blues may be a tough team to beat with so many of the Wild players down and out. Good thing we are coming off a Phoenix Coyotes win, perhaps the momentum can carry us through. I am going to the St Louis game tomorrow night, so I will see all my favorite Wild fans at the "X"!
