The Minnesota Wild are back in the Xcel Energy Center and are facing an opponent they haven’t in a very long time, the Winnipeg Jets.
Outside of the usual homecoming festivities, this will be an interesting one as both teams have transformed their roster since they last met. They feel destined to have an intense cross-border rivalry for a long time and to compete for a playoff spot (possibly one of the top spots) in the Central Division this season.
The lineup will probably be the same as the first two games, and we’ll see if they can sustain their current winning streak to start their season. (Two makes a streak, alright?)
