The final home game of the season sees some interesting storylines. Charlie Coyle plays on Xcel Energy ice for the first time since the trade deadline. Recent college free agent acquisition Nico Sturm starts his first NHL game as the third line center between Jordan Greenway and Victor Rask. Zach Parise will miss this one (as well as the last game of the season vs. the Stars) with not only a possible nagging injury, but officially also the flu.
The Wild have shined against top-tier competition (Jets, Capitals, Lightning), but have struggled at home all season. Will they give their hometown faithful a reason to cheer them off the ice for the final time?
The puck drops at 7 p.m.
