The Vegas Golden Knights are in town for some Monday Night Hockey to take on the Minnesota Wild back at the X, kicking off an actual, real-deal homestand for the first time since January (a two-game set with Los Angeles notwithstanding).
For the Wild, Kaapo Kahkonen gets the net and Carson Soucy returns to the lineup on the third D pairing, re-taking his spot from Brad Hunt.
Vegas might be missing Mark Stone, who missed the third period of Saturday’s game versus the San Jose Sharks, though Golden Knights head coach Peter DeBoer says Stone’s absence was “precautionary.” Alex Pietrangelo and Brayden McNabb are also game-time decisions.
Will home cooking fix what’s been ailing the wild, losers of three of their last four? Sound off in the comments below!
