The Minnesota Wild are facing a test today against the Colorado Avalanche. In their first true must-see game of the season against the two divisional rivals, sporting identical 5-3-0 records, it can set off a trajectory for both clubs. Whether the Wild can win this one and feel capable of taking on anybody, or they quickly realize that they’re on the secondary tier of potential postseason clubs, can be seen within this 60 minutes.
This should be entertaining.
