After dropping game one in a shootout against the seventh place San Jose Sharks on Monday night, the Minnesota Wild get one more crack at a beatable team before their schedule takes a turn for the ridiculously hard - no April Fools. Starting tomorrow, the Wild get two at the Vegas Golden Knights, two back home against the dominant Colorado Avalanche, and a three-game, away-away-home set against usual Wild killers in the St. Louis Blues.
No time like the present to get back on the winning track.
San Jose will send out the exact same lineup as Monday, while the Wild make only one adjustment - starting rookie netminder Kaapo Kahkonen instead of Cam Talbot.
Can the Wild get things done against a team they should dominate on paper? Sound off in the comments, and thanks as always for joining us!
