  • Are Brazeau and Nyquist Enough To Keep the Wild Afloat?

    Justin Wiggins

Luke Sims is skiing and the great Tony Abbott fills in as a guest this week! He joins Justin Hein and Justin Wiggins in breaking down the Minnesota Wild trade deadline and if their additions are enough to stop the current skid they find themselves on. Plus we play a game of "If I were GM for a day"

Had the Pewter spot shadow on Brazo last night.  Here’s what I saw:

    1) is he slow?   Yes, as molasses

     2) too slow to track with the play? I’ll say no.  But barely.  He’s better than trenin at staying in the play.  And both these stiffs are making Foligno look like mcdavid

    3) in the small sample size so far the thing I like best about brazo is that he finishes his checks and punishes/intimidates the opponent.  That’s this guys contribution and it’s nice to have in the lineup again. He should wake up trenin too.  Now the fact that career bubble nhl’r needs a wake up every 10 games is another conversation
