It's a very important game against an always-tough opponent.
The Minnesota Wild have just four games remaining to make it count and on Saturday night, they're facing a team that has always played spoiler and has been a thorn in their side for so damn long. The St. Louis Blues are coming to town.
But thankfully, they are not going to be facing a Wild team that is down on their luck because they have lost three consecutive games. Even if they lost the heart of this team in Joel Eriksson Ek for multiple weeks. No, they are going to be fighting harder than ever because Kirill Kaprizov has returned from injury after a month-long absence.
In addition to Kaprizov returning, Gustav Nyquist is going to be making his Wild debut, to supplement the loss of both Eriksson Ek and Oskar Sundqvist from earlier this week. It's a new lineup that might look weird, but it at least has some talent sprinkled through it.
Projected Wild lineup
Kirill Kaprizov -- Ryan Hartman -- Mats Zuccarello
Marcus Johansson -- Frederick Gaudreau -- Matt Boldy
Gustav Nyquist -- Sam Steel -- Marcus Foligno
Brandon Duhaime -- Connor Dewar -- Ryan Reaves

Jon Merrill -- John Klingberg
Filip Gustavsson
Marc-Andre Fleury
Projected Blues lineup

Jake Neighbours -- Michael Buchinger -- Kasperi Kapanen
Sammy Blais -- Robert Thomas -- Jakub Vrana
Alexei Toropchenko -- Nathan Walker -- Tyler Pitlick
