Can the Minnesota Wild make it an ultra-official winning streak by defeating the New York Rangers on their home turf?
After making a swap of blueliners on Wednesday, the Wild are stomping their way to the Big Apple to take on a half-full Rangers team. Zach Bogosian will be making his Wild debut on the road in a battle between two teams still missing significant pieces of their team. Luckily, for the Wild it's only Jared Spurgeon (still a sizeable hole left in his absence), but for the Rangers it is really their best players.
Both Igor Shesterkin and Adam Fox are out of the lineup, as well as center Filip Chytil and backup netminder Jonathan Quick. If there is any game where the Wild can gain some confidence in, it's beating the Cup-contending Rangers that are down to their third-string goaltender and without one of their top centers and their best defenseman.
