Patrick Verified Member Posted yesterday at 05:17 PM Share Posted yesterday at 05:17 PM Yuck. Kadri is a slight upgrade over Hartman. If we had him on a Marcus Johansson league minimum deal...sure. But I wouldn't give up an old puck bag for him in a trade. 4
MNCountryLife Verified Member Posted yesterday at 05:29 PM Share Posted yesterday at 05:29 PM 35 years old and 3 more years on his contract. Only 8 goals this year. IMO... he is on his downward slide. Still has assists and knowledge of faceoffs. He does a lot of things right... but I expect his goals to continue to drop off. Not sure how popular this comment will be ... but we need a Fiala type player. The guy is a puck possession player that creates space in tight spaces in the offensive zone, has a sniper shot and creates high danger chances on almost every shift. He is a puck magnet.... and he knows what to do with it when it hits his stick. Unfortunately the Kings are competing and they have a ton of cap space.

mnfaninnc Verified Member
Kadri is my most hated player in the league. Cheap shot artist that we don't need. I would probably actually root for his injury. Trading for Kadri would significantly sour my enjoyment of watching the Wild. My full reaction to the title of this piece was "YUCK!!!" Also, I do hold long grudges. I've hated the Cowboys since '75. Edited 19 hours ago by mnfaninnc 2
0 Stanley Cups Verified Member
Dailyfaceoff reported that sources from both the Flames and Wild confirm Kadri's 13-team no trade list includes Minnesota, at least prior to the Quinn Hughes trade. 2

Option 2: For the "welcome to the team" moment, Foligno and Trenin grab Kadri and duct tape him to the locker, much like the old, old commercial where the football team duct tapes the kicker who missed a late field goal causing defeat. I wonder if they did that to the kid in Baltimore???

I was at that game and we definitely got screwed. The guy who threw the whisky bottle was a couple rows behind me and it went right over my head. Didn't get over the ref's head though😎
