Quebec1648 Verified Member
How much credit does Zuccarello get for this 9-1-1 streak? Ever since he returned to the lineup, the Wild have played like a completely different team.
bisopher Verified Member
Going to be interesting to see how far the Jets fall while Hellebuyck is out. Winnipeg is by no means guaranteed a spot in the top 3 in the Central.
bisopher Verified Member
And in the "Wow, didn't see that coming" department, the Oilers are currently 12th (!) in the West in points percentage, just behind the Sharks. Going to be getting late early pretty soon in Oil Country...

Honestly I think they're tired after back to back long seasons and will look to finish strong and ride the momentum through the playoffs and cup finals. Hopefully they fail miserably and McDonkey leaves for somewhere that benefits us. LOL, after you mentioned the Oilers being tired after their long playoff runs, i checked the East standings. Turns out the Panthers are also 12th in points percentage, imagine that. NoJoSux Verified Member
Wally is the future. Yurov getting a foothold. The Wild erasing their terrible goal differential, and getting a big Central rivalry win.  They're getting the confidence and momentum going. We've seen this before. Can they keep it going? 100% on the PK, there are some of us who aren't gonna get too excited yet. Too good to be true vibes, and roller-coaster ride recollections from Wild teams of yesteryear, just in time for the Holidays. What's next, starting to dominate faceoffs and a win against Dallas or Colorado???
