NoJoSux Verified Member
NoJo sucks. Giveaway by him led to the late goal. L1 lost in their own zone gives one up early. Can't win on a regular basis in the NHL giving up five goals.
FredJohnson Verified Member
But NoJo has a shot, a hit and a block in 12 minutes of cardio! Only -1...what a stud. 1

The NHL does not give NoJo the credit he deserves. He tries to give the puck away a few times each game, but for some reason, they only credit him for his effort to record a giveaway around 20% of the time.
Pewterschmidt Verified Member
Just watched the recap of last night’s game looks like Jekyll and Hyde Gus is back. We’ll find out if 6.8 million is a screaming deal as this season plays out. #goalies Edited October 12 by Pewterschmidt
NoJoSux Verified Member
Coach Lemaire history lesson shoulda been taught to the 2025 Wild. Giving up seven with bad passes, brutal neutral-zone play, losing it within 10' of each blueline, circling by, and lost assignments. Not to mention face off woes. Lemaire was on the radio before the game saying, "It's what you give up in the NHL that costs you, and defense first is the most important." The Wild certainly had the PP opportunities to have played that kind of game and won. Seems like they thought CBJ was gonna let them win their home opener easily and everyone could enjoy the feeling they had in STL. Shoe's on the other foot now.
Will D. Ness Verified Member
Top line was fantastic. Second line was non-existent. Third line created chances and gave up chances. Fourth line isn't good enough to put on the ice. Faber is looking a little too comfy with his 8M. Midds also looking comfy with his 4M. Spurg and Brodin are true rockstars. Zeev still on the learning curve. Bogo looking good in our zone but a play killer on offense.

NoJoSux Verified Member
NoJo sucks. He was bigly responsible for a crucial goal against when the game was still close giving CBJ the momentum juice. This is the repeated, gutless, ugly hockey we get from NoJo on a regular basis. I don't give a schidt, he scores a point every three games. NoJo sucks, he's been a liability and a joke for years.

Vlad is going to be dead money until slap Nutz gets back. Unless he's injured, Hynes needs to stop sitting Yurov. When Johansson actually does something useful, it's most frequently a simple pass that a college hockey player could make. I rarely see him do something defensively that stands out positively even if he normally rates well when playing with other good defenders. NoJo has 16+ minutes while ogz and Haight less than 10. If this group is one NoJo away from post season success we’re fucked after Game 2. Play the kids enough to make a determination on their value/prospects.

Johansson is still making rookie mistake types of plays, but he's not going to develop out of that at this point. I wasn't excited about the Johansson signing. Given that he was signed for less than Yurov and Ohgren, I was hopeful they would at least restrict him to the 4th line or press box.
