Let's get fancy and aggressive. I think this deal now can be seen as fairly even - but i bet Demidov becomes a top 10 offensive producer and to pair him and Kap - would be a no brainer - even at the cost of Zeev and Rossi.

I guess it would depend if you think he will be the type of player he should end up being by next year (2026/27), or if it will take a couple of years.

i'd take demidov, as i think he'll have a faster rise to stardom than zeev and may align better with kap's window. zeev may need to marinate a bit more. 

demidov + kaprizov > mcdavid + draisaitl

then sign panarin and i guess rule the NHL for a few years?

It would be a huge gamble with possible high upside.  The extra money for two years would be nice too.

Tough decision,  but I don’t think Demidov is all he’s hyped up to be. If the proposal was Rossi + Jiricek then yes.
