Fans can’t think about contracts from a couple of years ago when considering new contracts under the new cap. Corey Perry is among the number of NHl'ers who have declined to come here in the past. I thought Brock Nelson was the last man standing when it came to players who have publicly voiced a desire to come here. Apparently he changed his mind.
