We have something to work with. And yes, the rising cap does make it easier for teams. That said, Toronto does have a number of contracts to figure out and even with the rising cap ceiling, they still might have trouble making it work. It really depends whether Warner wants more and whether they want to lose Tavares with no good way to replace him. Tavares probably takes less by if Marner wants more, then they still have to find a way to make the rest work to fill out the roster. Something to keep an eye on anyway.
