Hartman needs to be off this team period now!  There is no play in hockey for what he has done and has done similar things many other times.  Get rid of the garbage.  Also make some other moves to get 2-3 more top 6 guys in here with size.  Boldy, Rossi, Zuccarello, Spurgeon and Ohgren are not going to cut it and need to be moved to make this team better.  Pressure is on Billy.  This is a business not a friends country club.  Run it like Vegas and you will have success.  No one on this team should be safe.  Also nothing over $13mm for Kap or trade him.

Sorry, but the estimates being what they are, $13m for Kap is laughable.  The agent is going to ask for $15m, because you just know Rantanen is going to stretch to $15-$17m

Then let him walk if he wants over $15mm.  You can get 3-4 very solid players for that amount.  I also wouldn’t do over 4-5 years with the way he plays and injury history with no protection.

In other news, Riley Heidt scored a goal and 3 assists yesterday adding up to 40gp 23g 40a 63p. It's going to be interesting to see how he does in the AHL.

Hartman was smiling in the mouth of the tunnel while waiting for the review and announcement of his 5 minute stupid penalty with 10 seconds in the period.  That was enough for me to just put him on waivers right there and book him a commercial flight home. the Wild have done well not to melt down this year but since KK went out you are seeing cracks. Boldy was on a penalty bender to start and completely lost his game for several weeks. EK hasn’t looked like himself. Who was steady? Rossi and Mats. Who has been screwed?  Gus. He’s seen a dream season go up in smoke with these 5-6 goal losses. With these he loses confidence. BGs decisions are coming home to roost and will hurt key piayers  

if you want to keep KK, show him you can win without him or certainly play with consistency. He knows he only makes things better

Not sure where you pulled this out of. Boldy, Rossi and Zucc are damn near the only thing holds the Wild together this season with Kap missing time. Zucc's contract ends this year and he is playing well for his age. Rossi is looking at almost doubling his points on last year and is 23, Boldy is only 24 and is capable of playing very good hockey although the consistency isn't there yet. Sprug still puts up elite numbers as a 30+ year old defenseman even  though he may see reduced minutes now. Ohgren is 21 and just coming into his own, with showing skill like he has we would be dumb to send him down the road before seeing his potential. 

Basically without the players listed above we would have a few young defensemen and a whole lot of filler and role players. It would cull most of our talent in hopes we could get something reasonable in return while turning our 3/4th line into an AHL special.

Zucc contract runs through next year.  Just my opinion on these players.  Anyteam that plays these players physically they disappear.  This will only get worse in the playoffs.
