hydguy75 Verified Member Posted yesterday at 06:00 PM Share Posted yesterday at 06:00 PM These next games will be tough until 5 and 14 recovery from injuries and we are back to full starting roster. Some of the call-ups are showing promise, however will take a bit longer to refine play at this level. With half (18 of 35) of the Wild games thus far determined by only 1 goal (plus EN's factored), all it takes is 1 error to change the game from cashing in 2 points, to 1 or 0 points. Ideally our veterans would be a little more productive during periods 1 & 2 so we are not in a desperate and frenzied 3rd period. Thus far in December, the Wild are averaging 8.25 PIM / game, and was nice to see 0 in the Blackhawks game (although I'll say it looks like the Wild got away with a couple) with the Wild skating away with the 2 points in regulation. Maybe this will inspire a clutch resurgence from Boldy??

Maybe Rossi and Boldy can show us what they can do? Drive their lines and get us a victory!
MacGyver Verified Member Posted yesterday at 07:09 PM Share Posted yesterday at 07:09 PM Dallas has not been playing all that great themselves so this could still be a winnable game. But knowing Kaprizov is out must give Dallas a bit more motivation knowing this is a four point game. Hey B Tkachuk comes to town on Sunday. Maybe he will save all you B Tkachuk fantasy players the trouble of putting all these various trade packages together and he will just defect to the Wild. 🤩

Imyourhuckleberry Verified Member Posted yesterday at 07:36 PM Share Posted yesterday at 07:36 PM Per FloHockey, after opening USA game of World Juniors: Quote Buium played a lot of minutes, 24:12 to be exact. He’s USA’s No. 1 defenseman and is going to be used on the power play and the PK. The lack of depth on the blue line is going to force Buium to play big minutes and that was certainly true even against Germany. Maybe he’ll play close to 30 against the tougher opponents. M_Nels Verified Member
Hey ODC how was that game for Faber “dragging his fatass around the ice”? Outside of the goal where Brodin lost the forward in behind him that tandem played very well and Fabers wraparound was the cherry on top.

He played a role in every goal (3rd assist and tush push).
